Q: How Long has Dadders Properties been in business?
A: Dadders Properties have been in business for over 13 years. All of our properties are owner operated.

Q: How long does the application process take?
A: Applications typically take 24-48 hours. We do check credit, criminal, rental, and verify income.

Q: How long are your lease terms?
A: Our lease terms are typically 12 months, but exceptions can be made under the right circumstances. For new rentals, the shortest term lease available is 6 month term. ( A shorter lease term will change the monthly rate)

Q: Do you permit pets on your properties?
A: We do permit cats and small to medium sized dogs at our properties. Please keep in mind that we do charge a $200 non-refundable pet deposit and $40 a month pet rent for the first pet and $20 per month for the second pet. We do not permit more that 2 pets per unit. Breed restrictions do apply; please contact the office for more information.

Q: What do I do in case of a maintenance emergency?
A: Call the office line at 651-488-2437, you will hear a prompt for emergencies, follow the prompts to reach maintenance. We do have 24 hour on call maintenance for emergency situations.

Q: When do you issue Security Deposits after move-outs?
A: Typically deposits are distributed around the 21st of the month after move-out.

Q: How often are rental statements emailed out?
A: Statements are emailed out between the 15th and the 20th of each month for the following months rent.

Q: What do I do if I want to transfer?
A: You must submit a request of transfer to be approved by management, there is a $200 transfer fee for this process.

Q: What happens when my lease expires?
A: You will receive a notice 60 days prior to the expiration providing you options to re-new, convert to month to month, or asking whether or not you would like to vacate.
