This is why we like to refer to your units as "homes". Dadders Properties is proud to offer a wide array of rental properties. Dadders Properties may request a co-signer in order for your application to be approved. If a co-signer is requested, it is usually because there was insufficient information available for you. If a co-signer is requested, they will also be required to apply and a full background check will be preformed on them as well. Dadders Properties require that a security deposit equivalent to one months rent be paid in full prior to move in or to hold any apartment. First month rent must be paid in full before any keys are issued.
Pets:
Dadders Properties does permit up to two (2) cats or two (2) dogs per unit with an additional $200 non-refundable pet deposit as well a monthly fee of $40 for the first pet and $20 for the second. We also require a letter from your veterinarian verifying that the animals are current and up to-date with their shots. We do have weight and breed restrictions at all locations; please contact the office for further information.
